Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your plan within 03 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 03 days from the date you placed an order for our SEO services.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail at seoarena.net@gmail.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 07 days from the day on which we receive the confirmation E-Mail. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

For the SEO Service Payment to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• You don't have any canceled orders in the last 30 days

• You have not received a Task completion message from SEO Arena.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• After 03 Days of Initiating the SEO Service Request

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any order that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Bonus:

If the services were marked as a Bonus when purchased and then performed directly on your website, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the service cancellation request is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
